CAMPING & CATERING FACILITIES

If you are planning to join us, please book online - as an event operating in a remote area, this really assists with our planning.  Camping grounds open midday on Wednesday for those with pre booked entry passes, not before - please respect the Committee's need to have time and access to the grounds for event setup.

Accommodations of all levels from swags & tents, through to caravans and larger self contained vehicles are welcome.  We have plenty of SPACE!  Camping is available in the designated camp area and select other sites depending on the weather conditions.  Bush camping is included in all entry packages, or if you prefer you can book a site (powered or un-powered) in the "Bernie Lonsdale Caravan Park" (fees apply).

There are a limited number of powered sites.  These are available for pre booking at the same link as the tickets.  If you absolutely require power we suggest you pre book.  Additional powered sites may be available, please ask on arrival.  Generators are also allowed.

There is a central ablution area with hot showers and flushing toilets.  The designated camp ground is a short walk to this.

Bar and Catering operate from Wednesday afternoon, throughout the event.  Please support the Club by utilising these.

Ice is available for purchase at the bar, subject to availability.  BYO alcohol is allowed in your immediate camp area only and can not be brought into the event areas.

Camping area closes at midday on Monday.
