CAMPING & CATERING FACILITIES

If you'd like to let us know you are coming, you can book at https://www.trybooking.com/QMOZ or just turn up!  Camping grounds open sunrise on Wednesday, not before - please respect the Committee's need to have time and access to the grounds for event setup.

Camping fees are included in your entry fee.  Accomodations of all levels from swags & tents through to caravans and larger self contained vehicles are welcome.  We have plenty of SPACE!  Camping is available in the designated camp area and select other sites depending on the weather conditions.

There are a limited number of powered sites, sold on a first in first served basis, so it is recommended that you bring your own generator if you require electricity.

There is a central ablution area with hot showers and flushing toilets.  The designated camp ground is a short walk to this.

Bar and Catering operate from Wednesday afternoon, throughout the event.  Please support the Club by utilising these.

Ice is available for purchase at the bar, subject to availability.  BYO alcohol is allowed in your immediate camp area only and can not be brought into the event areas.
